Amazing stay in Budapest!
We wanted to say thank you to Downtown Apartments for an amazing stay in Budapest!
We stayed in the Akáfca utca 18 apartment - it is beautiful, fully equipped with everything you could need (even a toaster and a coffee machine!), and is in a great location with lots of places nearby.
The whole communication process from moving in and signing the contract to checking out was absolutely smooth and friendly. Downtown apartments was always very responsive to all our requests and immediately sent someone to make sure the apartment was in perfect condition.
We loved Budapest, and would be happy to come back and stay in Downtown Apartments again. And a HUGE thank you to our manager, Zsanett Kovacs! Thank you for your attentiveness and professionalism. We don’t know who else could be so helpful with all our questions!

It was my 5th flat in Hungary. When I was living in Izabella, I was really peaceful all the time. Me and also my other flatmates really appreciated how you approached us.

Amazing time in this flat!
We rented the flat Bathory Utca 22. We had an amazing time in this flat.
First of all, the location of the flat is perfect. It is very central. The parliament is only 10min walk away, as is the basilica. If you don’t feel like walking, the flat is easily accessible by public transport. The bus stops 3 min from here. But also the tram, metro and train are not far. Even night buses stop very close to the flat. Despite being so central, it is situated in a beautiful, calm area. We had no night noises.
The flat itself is very pretty and well designed. As Erasmus students we just had to unpack our suitcases and that’s it. Everything we needed for living, from towels, to pans, to cups, to bedsheets… were already there. We even had an orange juice presser. The rooms are spacious. The common living room is amazing and very cosy. We spent a lot of evenings cooking, watching movies or just talking together here.
The landlady, Zsanett, is very kind. As soon as you notice a problem, you just have to send a picture and it is fixed as soon as possible. She really made sure that we felt at home in this flat.
We would definitely rent this flat again.

Very spacious and perfectly located
I have really enjoyed renting an apartment from 'Downtown Apartments'. Communication accross every step of the procedure was very easy and our landlord (Zsanett) was always ready to help. For our arrival and departure we could freely chose when to arrive and leave which is crucial when you come from further away.
The apartment itself was also great! Very spacious and perfectly located. All the necessary materials were provided. Overall, I have really enjoyed my stay in the 'downtown apartment' and I would recommend it to every Erasmus student!

Wonderful stay in Budapest
I've left the flat in Kertesz really sad! It was the perfect apartment, really well placed in the 7th district.
