Why should I register?

Obviously you can book only by providing your personal data for the contract. You will also use your account to book the check in date, or to report any problem to our operation team. Your documents (contract, invoices) will also be uploaded to your profile.

Why the rental periods are fixed?

We try to fit our operation to the university semesters. We are also responsible to our financial partners to fully book the year.

What are the rental periods?

Autumn semester: from the 1st of August to the 31st of January. Spring semester: from the 1st of February to the 30th of June. Summer period: between the 1st and 31st of July.

Can I book more than 1 period?

Yes.

Can I book different periods than the fixed ?

Normally no, but sometimes we have some students moving out earlier, so there is a chance :-). Please send your inquiry via email to dtabooking@speedcarve.hu. We will reply in 24 hours.

How can I cancel my booking?

It is a fixed term contract. No cancellation is possible. It means that you have to pay the rental fee and fixed cost for the whole rental period. In case of vis major situation (like border closing, travel restrictions) you can ask to annulate your contract (we will send back the advance payment). Otherwise you will loose your advance payment and deposit. It is highly reccommended to look for a replacement tenant for your room. :-).

How can I book a room?

Please follow the instruction for room search. For the booking you have to register on the website. After selecting your room, and the confirmation of your booking, you will automatically receive your rental contract and payment information (last page of your contract). Please note that the succesfull transfer (full amount has to arrive to our account) of the first month rental fee is essential to finalise your booking.

Booking a check in date

You will receive a reminder email 2-3 weeks before your rental period. Please enter to your account and select the "check in and check out" icon. You can book your checkin / checkout date and time from the timetable. Please check your account latest 2 weeks before arrival even if you have not received a reminder. Please make sure you book a checkin time not earlier than 90 minutes plus your plane arrival.

Problem reporting procedure

Please log in to you account and click on the "report a problem" button. Please select the problem. Your problem will be managed immediately.

Urgent problems

In case of urgent problem, please call your Property Manager on her/his mobile number, and send an e-mail to her/him! URGENT PROBLEM: what makes the living in the apartment impossible (like no heating, water, hot water, electricity, gas leakage, problem of closing the apartment). Internet, minor lighting problems, furniture issues will be managed in normal office hours. In case of an urgent problem, our team will start the repair immediately. For administrative and quality management reasons, please also register the problem in our system after you reported the urgent issue.

How can we manage the check out?

You will receive a reminder email 2-3 weeks before the end of your rental period. Please enter to your account and select the "check in and check out" icon. You can book your checkin / checkout date and time from the timetable. Please check your account latest 2 weeks before the end of your contract even if you have not received a reminder. Please make sure you book a checkout time well before your scheduled departure in case of any delay.

Will I be able to host guests?

If you want to host guests please always discuss with your flatmates first. If they are okay with that we don't mind if you share your room for 1-2 nights.

Can I move in with my pet(s)?

Unfortunately not, pets are not allowed.

What is the exact address of the apartment?

The exact address is indicated on your contract, please check it.

How much is the deposit for me?

The deposit amount is indicated on your contract, please check it.
