1. REGISTER your account
Please push the "REGISTRATION" button (on top left of the starting page) and fill up your personal details. We manage your pesonal data with absolute discloser according to the DATA MANAGEMENT POLICY. Your permanent address may deffer from your original nationality, so please fill all data carefully, according to your current living status! After registration you will recieve an automatic registration email (please do not reply to this email). You are ready to browse the rooms. In case of any problem with the registration, please contact DTAOFFICE@SPEEDCARVE.HU
2. Select yout room / apartment
Please enter your search preferences (district, size, price, etc) to find the prefect room for you. Or simply go "OUR APARTMENTS" page and search from the listing. Please check all the information about the room, before your booking!
3. Select your period
We have fixed rental periods. If you want to book a different period than suggested, please send your email to DTABOOKING@SPEEDCARVE.HU! You can book longer periods (multiple preset periods by seting your booking request end date. Your requested checkin date might be before your period starts (f.e.: you book from September, but want to move in on the 28th of August); in this case your rental contract will be set according to the preset periods and your ealier check in request will be confirmed later. After clicking the "BOOK NOW" button, you will recieve the confirmation email about your booking, with the link to your contract
4. Sign your contracts
By clicking the link in the confirmation email you will have access to your contracts. Only EU nationals will recieve fully signed contract; non EU national students will recieve the fully signed contract only after having the first month rental fee payment on our bank account. Please note that you have to print-sign-scan the document, that includes the RENTAL CONTRACT, DATA SHEET AND GENERAL HOUSE RULES - all in one. You have to visit our website, login, and check your account. You can upload your contract by clicking the 'My bookings' button and following the instructions.
5. Transfer your first month rental fee
Your contract becomes valid only when the transfer of the first month's rental fee arrives to our account. You will recieve an automatic confirmation after your payment settled (it could take 3-5 bank days). In case of non EU nationals, we will upload the contracts with our signature automatically after your payment settled. (in case of any problem contact DTAOFFICE@SPEEDCARVE.HU)
The transferred first month rental fee will serve as a the firts month rental fee (so you have to pay your second months rental fee only after one month stay). In case of no show it serves as a security deposit.

Please SEND PRECIZE AMOUNT OF THE FIRST MONTH RENTAL FEE ONLY. Also put to the COMMENT / REMARK FIELD at the transfer: YOUR NAME; APARTMENT NAME; MONTH (F.E. : JOHN SMISS; KRUDY GY U 15; JANUARY 2019 RENTAL FEE).
6. Choose your check in date
In your account please click "CHECK IN - CHECK OUT TIME REQUEST" button. Please note that the calendar will be opned only 4 weeks before the semester start. by clicking the requested date, the dayly schedule opens. You can choose from the green times, by clicking on the schedule. Your checkin date will be saved to your account, and could be checked anytime when you are loged in. IMPORTANT: PLEASE CHOOSE YOUR CHEK IN TIME WISELY: we are super busy at the semester start. In case of any delay you may miss the chance for the check in on your arrival day. Suggestion: set a time 1 hour after your scheduled arrival to the airport.
7. Arrival
We meet at the apartment. Please text us way in advance in case of delay on +36203118635, or DTAINFO@SPEEDCARVE.HU! F.e if your plane depart later, it will delay for sure: please text us in advance! We will show everything at the check in. We take over the (amount of 2 months rental fee) deposit is cash. We give you a map, local information, and starting pack. We manage all the utility payments, cleaning, maintenance, and necessary repairs. We also invite you for programs with other ERASMUS students. You just have to enjoy your stay :-). Before you leave, please request a check out date the same way as you booked your checkin.. We take the keys and give back your caution.
